Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team, providing customer service and inside sales support to our Distributors and Regional Sales Managers. Fisher Engineering, a Division of Douglas Dynamics, is the leading snowplow manufacturer in North America.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Located in the Rockland Industrial Park, the job responsibilities include: Order management for a multimillion dollar company; orders are received via phone, e-mail, fax and eCommerce. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to managing customer comments & concerns in CRM software, processing complaints in Carma, working knowledge of product lines for 3 brands, researching and correcting billing/shipping errors, preparing sales reports as required, creation of and understanding of SOW procedures, and maintaining customer files and documents. Various exciting and interesting projects and activities round out the responsibilities. There are additional growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Required Skills & Competencies

The successful candidate must be a TEAM player and possess a positive, outgoing attitude, willing to promote cross training and willing to learn many new task. The right candidate must be able and willing to develop technical knowledge of the product line, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The successful candidate possesses a strong attention to detail, ability to multi task, and can operate successfully in a high paced work environment.
