Winter storm warnings? Under control. Even though many of today’s four-wheel-drive vehicles have gotten smaller and lighter, it doesn’t mean they can’t still be a high-performance snow plowing machine. With the FISHER® SD Series snow plow, you can make short work of that storm in no time flat. Just like the pros.

Only the edge of the blade trips when an obstacle is encountered. It’s much less jarring than a full-trip blade, and because the plow blade stays upright, plowed snow remains in front of the blade.
The FISHER® trip edge uses compression-type springs. They never need adjusting and don’t stretch like extension springs.
Ideal for standard-duty commercial and institutional plowing, the SD Series snow plow is built to fit a wide range of vehicles and deliver a perfect balance of performance and versatility. Available in 6’9” and 7’6” widths, these blades are a full 26” high and made of 14-gauge steel.
Polymer Cutting Edge
The SD Series straight blades come standard with a ½” base angle and 1” x 6” polymer cutting edge to increase wear resistance and improve cutting power and scraping ability without adding excess weight. The tough polymer material also helps absorb plowing shock.
Minute Mount® 2 Snowplow Mounting System Video
A simple and trouble-free attachment system available.
Its 100% mechanical design means there are no electrical components or hydraulic components to fail.
The attachment arms and lower gear are flared both vertically and horizontally to make the drive-in connection easy.
We build our own hydraulics for unmatched speed and durability. Fast hydraulics allow you to change the blade position quickly and easily for efficient plowing. All critical hydraulic components are fully enclosed for protection from the elements.
Chain Lift System
With the chain lift system, you get instantaneous “float” when lowering the blade. Unrestricted, the blade can freely follow the contours of the plowing surface for a cleaner scrape.
With the chain lift you can stack higher because you’re not limited by the hydraulic ram stroke.
In the rare event of a hydraulic failure, you can push the snow plow up into a snow bank and “short chain” the snow plow by attaching it to the specially designed bracket and safely transport the snow plow back to the shop.
Universal In-Cab Plow Controls
Choose between the convenient hand-held Fish-Stik® control or the compact joystick control for efficient, intuitive plow blade control.
The convenient hand-held control with backlit directional buttons provides precise response. Features power “on” and “float” LED and automatic shut-off.
Compact Joystick Control
The compact joystick control features a plug-in connector for easy removal and on/off indicator light.
FLEET FLEX Electrical System
One Truck. One Control. Any Plow.
With the FISHER® FLEET FLEX Electrical System, you have true fleet interchangeability. Unlike other manufacturers who require a different control for different plows, the FISHER FLEET FLEX system lets you operate all plows using ONE CONTROL.
Universal Fish-Stik® Hand-held or Joystick Controls
Programmable "soft-stop" and "one-touch" float
Built-In SECURITY GUARD™ Anti-Theft System
Easy operation and increased reliability
Simple wiring and easier installation
SECURITY GUARD™ Plow Anti-Theft System Video
The exclusive FISHER® SECURITY GUARD Anti-Theft System is a safe and secure way to electronically "lock" your snow plow while it is detached from the truck, providing a deterrent from theft or non-permitted use.
Unlike physical locks that can be cut or removed, the SECURITY GUARD Anti-Theft System electronically synchronizes your control and plow module. When activated, it disables the electronic control system and renders the snow plow inoperable to unauthorized users.
INTENSIFIRE™ Halogen Headlamps
The state-of-the-art reflector optics provide a smooth wide beam pattern that illuminates the entire plowing surface, with minimal glare above the lamp, especially during snowfall.
1,500 hour, H I 3, long-life headlamp bulb minimizes bulb replacement over the life of the lamp.
Three-screw bulb access cover attachment and twist-in headlamp bulb makes replacement quick and easy.
Lens is adhesive bonded to the reflector and the reflector is adhesive bonded to the housing, sealing out water that could potentially freeze and damage the assembly.
Robust, two-stud mounting keeps the lamp in its original mounting position – even when subjected to the harshest shock and vibration forces.
STORM GUARD™ Baked-On Powder Coat
The industry’s best protection against wear and rust. The automated climate-controlled powder booth ensures uniform coverage to all surfaces. An epoxy primer enhances powder coat adhesion and improves corrosion resistance. Plus our trademark FISHER® yellow finish is reformulated to maintain that new snow plow look even longer.
