Available in stainless steel and powder coated steel, the XtremeV™ is available in 7 ½', 8 ½' and 9 ½' widths. The 70-degree attack angle provides a cleaner scrape, which reduces the need for de-icing. A standard 6” steel cutting edge increases wear resistance and improves cutting power and scraping ability.

To provide the ultimate in snow rolling action, the moldboard design is tapered to two inches taller at the outer edge and features a tighter blade curl, with graduating moldboard overhang that’s 3½” on outermost end of blade wings on 7½’ and 8½’ models and 6½” on the 9½’ plows. All of this works together to keep snow rolling off to side instead of onto your windshield.

Standard double-acting cylinders provide best-in-class back dragging ability, holding the wings firmly in place, while the built-in pressure relief helps protect from hidden obstructions.

The steel top center cap cover prevents snow from being lost over the top.

Like on the rugged XBLADE™, this extreme X-bracing design provides superior torsional strength to the blade. The moldboard remains rigid even under the punishing stress of commercial plowing.

1” base angle pins put added strength where it’s needed most for longer life.

Superior T-Frame design provides the optimum strength-to-weight ratio.  Plus the blade pitch adjustment feature allows for adjustment of the blade pitch to reduce uneven cutting edge wear.

• With the chain lift system, you get instantaneous “float” when lowering the blade. Unrestricted, the blade can freely follow the contours of the plowing surface for a cleaner scrape.
• With the chain lift you can stack higher because you’re not limited by the hydraulic ram stroke, unlike cylinder lift systems, which can only pull the plow up as far as the limits of the cylinder’s range.
• In the rare event of a hydraulic failure, you can push the plow up into a snow bank and “short chain” the plow by attaching it to the specially designed bracket and safely transport the plow back to the shop.

Each wing function has its own button for easy intuitive operation.  Plus, these advanced V-Plow controls allow you to hydraulically lock the blade wings together for added efficiency when you want to move both blade wings simultaneously without having to push multiple control buttons. The backlit control face is easy to see at night. Choose between the convenient hand-held Fish-Stik® control with power “on” and “float” LED and automatic shut-off, or the compact joystick control.

We build all our hydraulics ourselves, for unmatched speed and durability. All critical hydraulic components are fully enclosed for protection from the elements.

• Two-way, poppet-style valves allow a higher volume of fluid flow than traditional 3- or 4-way spool valves.

It's a Power Trip

Essential to the design of a V-plow, this feature protects your plow and truck in all blade positions, unlike competitive trip blade designs, which cannot trip in V or Scoop modes. Only the edge of the blade trips when an obstacle is encountered. It’s much less jarring than a full-trip blade, and because the blade stays upright, plowed snow remains in front of the blade. Fisher’s trip edge uses compression-type springs. They never need adjusting and are never stretched like extension springs, providing the longest life of any type of spring on the market.

The exclusive FISHER®  SECURITY GUARD Anti-Theft System is a safe and secure way to electronically “lock” your snow plow while it is detached from the truck, providing a deterrent from theft or non-permitted use.

Unlike physical locks that can be cut or removed, the SECURITY GUARD Anti-Theft System electronically synchronizes your control and plow module. When activated, it disables the electronic control system and renders the snow plow inoperable to unauthorized users.

The SECURITY GUARD System is standard on the XtremeV snow plow and provides a valuable tool that can be utilized at your discretion.
